1. Order Processing

Since every StarkHues product is custom made-to-order, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Note: Production times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after production:

Destination	Standard Shipping
United States	3–7 business days
Canada	5–10 business days
Europe	5–15 business days
Rest of World	10–20 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or customs are outside our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable rates will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.

5. International Shipping & Customs

We ship internationally through our fulfillment partner. Please be aware:

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total
Customs processing may add additional time to your delivery

6. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within 30 days past the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we'll investigate with our fulfillment partner. If confirmed lost, we'll arrange a reprint or refund at no cost to you.

7. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. StarkHues is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately after placing your order and we'll do our best to correct it before production begins.
