Our Commitment to You
At StarkHues, every product is made to order just for you. Because each item is custom-printed at the time of purchase, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind. We encourage you to review our size guides carefully before placing your order.
When We Will Make It Right
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will offer a free reprint or a full refund:
- The item is damaged or defective
- The item has a manufacturing error (e.g., misprint, fading, poor print quality)
- You received the wrong item
To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
How to Submit a Claim
Email us at rsstark20@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we'll investigate with our fulfillment partner. If the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a reprint or refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Items reported more than 30 days after delivery
- Orders with incorrect addresses provided by the customer
